Michelle to attend Accrington Carnival

Michelle is one busy bee next month, on top of doing the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival at the end of June, it’s been announced that she’ll be the celebrity guest at this year’s Accrington Carnival. The carnival will take place on June 15th and all the money raised will go into the local community.

As the star guest, Michelle will ride through the procession through the streets of Accrington before officially opening and judging the Classic Television and Film Fancy Dress Competition at Accrington and Rossendale College. She will also judge Hyndburn’s Mr Carnival which will be announced in the Observer in the coming weeks.

Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival

Michelle has signed on to be the head judge of the Most Stylish Lady competition of the Irish Derby this summer. Speaking about judging the event the actress, said: “I’m really looking forward to attending the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby at The Curragh this June. I’m a big fan of fashion, so when I was asked to be a guest judge I was really excited!”

“I’m sure the competition will be fierce, and I can’t wait to see what the ladies will be wearing on the day. I’ve no doubt whoever wins this year will look fantastic and it’s going to be really difficult for my fellow judges and I to decide on one winner, but we are up for the challenge!”

The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Festival will take place on the last weekend of June, from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th.

Firstly, I feel like I should state that this domain is no longer the home of Michelle Keegan Online, as they’ve moved. Hopefully this will help avoid any confusion. Secondly, welcome to Michelle Keegan Source! We’re still undergoing some renovations, so bare with me here. I’m currently in the process of setting up a new look and feel for the site, which will hopefully be online by this time next week. Michelle Deserves Sexiest Female Prize

Michelle Keegan deserves to win Sexiest Female at the Inside Soap Awards, according to Coronation Street’s Catherine Tyldesley.

The actress – who plays feisty Eva Price on the ITV1 show – thinks her co-star is more worthy of the title than her and has urged fans to vote for brunette beauty Michelle to win at the ceremony on September 24.

Catherine told Inside Soap magazine: ”Personally, I think everyone should vote for Michelle Keegan [Tina] – she’s one of the most beautiful women in the world.

”I wouldn’t bother campaigning. Michelle’s earned it, so give it to her!”

‘The Royle Family’ actress Sue Johnston has joined the ‘Corrie’ cast as Eva’s gran, Gloria, and Catherine says fans will finally see where her unlucky-in-love character gets her diva tendencies.

She enthused about Sue: ”She’s hilarious. We’re going to see where Eva gets her diva genes from, that’s for sure! Like Eva, Gloria speaks before she thinks all the time, so that’s just great fun.

”I love the dynamic they’ve created with our family, because now Stella, Leanne and Eva are all closer, and Gloria completes the set. Sue is a joy to work with.”
