Michelle Keegan has denied rumours that she is considering taking Max George back.

It had been reported that the couple were speaking on the phone every day in a bid to repair their relationship.

However, the Coronation Street star, who dumped The Wanted singer after he was spotted kissing another woman, has no plans to reunite with him.

“Michelle is definitely not considering getting back together with Max,” a source told the Daily Mail. “They haven’t been speaking every night, it’s definitely over.”

A friend of the pair’s had previously said: “Max and Chelle have chatted on the phone together every day this week, and it looks like things between them are improving dramatically.

“He knows he made mistakes, but he still loves Michelle and wants to make another go of it. This is the first stage in rebuilding their relationship.”

George is also said to have had phone sex with an ex-girlfriend, fuelling the split.
