Michelle Keegan is “desperate” to find a new man following her heart breaking split from fiancé Max George earlier this year and after just a few months is already sick of being single.

The Coronation Street hottie claims she is tired of being upset about the break up and reckons it’s about time she found someone new.

She told The Daily Star: “I’m ready to meet someone new now. I have been upset for a long time but it’s about time I met the right guy.”

The 25 year-old regularly tops sexiest polls so we reckon it won’t be long before she is snapped up. Michelle split from the Wanted’s Max George after struggling to find time together as the hunk’s success Stateside saw him spend most of 2012 in the US.

After months of rumours the couple finally admitted they had ended their relationship, which began in January 2011, in June this year.

A spokesman for the Wanted star told The Mirror at the time: “[Max] and Michelle are no longer together. They have been separated for a number of weeks, but hoped to keep this a private matter.”
