Michelle Keegan On Getting Pregnant In Coronation Street: ‘I’m Broody Anyway!’ « Michelle Keegan Daily – www.michellekeegan.net

She may be newly single and ready to mingle, but that hasn’t stopped Coronation Star Michelle Keegan from planning her future as a mother.  The 25-year-old actress has admitted that she feels ‘broody’ and that her latest Coronation Street storyline isn’t going to help matters.

Her feisty character Tina McIntyre is set to be paid to be a surrogate for friends Izzy Armstrong and Gary Windass, and Michelle simply cannot wait to wear a fake baby bump.

According to The Mirror, the pretty brunette said: “I’m broody anyway so when I heard about this storyline, I was so excited. I thought, ‘I hope I get to keep the baby.’”

Michelle went on to say that she believes she will get ‘really attached’ to the prosthetic tummy. “I’ve been eyeing it up for years,” she admitted. “When Samia Smith was pregnant on screen as Maria I’d try her bump on and take pictures of myself.

“I’m sure when I’m wearing it for 12 hours a day it will seem really strange when I have to take it off to go home.”

Michelle’s maternal instinct has come a few months after she split with her pop star boyfriend, Max George. The soap star was engaged to the singer, but unfortunately they called off the engagement and split in July this year.

Despite there being several rumours that Max had cheated, and had even asked Michelle for the engagement ring back, the boy band member recently spoke out about his former fiancée describing her as ‘beautiful inside and out.’
